When talking about goals in the workplace, it gets a little trickier, because it is not only your goals you have to consider. The goals of the brand should incorporate the feelings and opinions of all the people who are carrying those goals out. On the same note, your feelings and opinions should absolutely be influenced by those of your customer or audience. Consider, does this goal support our values? Does this goal give our customer/audience the best possible experience? If the answer is yes, you have a green flag and can move on to making it happen! Don’t forget along the journey to stop and take stock. Analyze what you’ve done; what’s worked, what hasn’t, and adjust where needed. With the right team and the right work ethic, your brand will soar.
