These are strange times.

Many of us are feeling a little unmoored right now. Some businesses are growing exponentially with unprecedented demand, while in others demand is all but drying up due to consumer caution and uncertainty.

You don’t need another post about how we’re dealing with COVID-19 with a reminder to wash your hands. We want to do more than that.

1. THE IDE(A)S OF MARCH: FREE INSIGHTS

We’re taking a cue from LinkedIn, which has made certain LinkedIn Learning courses available for free amid the coronavirus outbreak. Soapbox wants to help your business stay relevant and on track during a time when it can be difficult to interpret shopper and consumer sentiment and behavior. 

During March and April, we will provide 100% free mini insights to clients and prospective clients. This offering includes a mini quick-turn digital shopper survey with up to 10 questions, 50 - 100 respondents, basic demographics and social listening on 1 - 2 topics. We will turn the insights in approximately 48 hours (certain topics may vary a bit) and return the analysis to immediately support your business. That’s it, no strings attached. Additionally, our team will be running a series of surveys with our shopper community on immediately relevant topics such as grocery and home goods purchases, current e-commerce habits and overall sentiment. 2.  LOW-COST FEEDBACK
